Family Room

Oil on canvas, 10” x 10” framed

This painting captures the quiet intimacy of a domestic moment through an unexpected, almost dreamlike perspective. Viewed from above, figures, animals, and everyday objects inhabit a flattened interior of bold, intersecting fields of color. The shifting scale and perspective give the scene the quality of memory—familiar yet slightly elusive—while small gestures and details suggest the private rhythms, relationships, and companionship that make a space feel like home.
